software issues w/sleepmapper card reader

When trying to launch my card reader to download data to sleep mapper com I get this error message(PLATFORM VERSION INFO

I've tried to uninstall the card reader program so I can reinstall it but it won't uninstall. I can't seem to find a link to e-mail Philips either. Any suggestions? PS: this site made me redact all links in the error message so I'm not sure how helpful rest will be, Thanks

Assuming you mean Sleepmapper..it wouldn't uninstall on my Win 7 computer either.
So I just manually went to the folder and removed it the old fashioned way...highlight and delete.
I don't remember exactly where it was but I think it was in a subfolder under Respironics in C drive -and folder called Program files(x86)

I don't know what to make of your error message unless the program doesn't like your Windows version.
It says Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7

The data that it gives is pretty lame though. You get gross AHI (no breakdown at all) and for leaks it only reports the time spent in large leak.

This is what you get. After I saw this and tried it is when I decided it wasn't needed. I only tried it to see what it was like anyway.
There is better software out there. SleepyHead works with all the PR System One machines except the model 960. I have links in my signature for it.
