Compliance Check

This is great. Crapria wanted me to mail in my SD Card on the 15th of October for a compliance check. I just called them for the 4th time and they cant find my card. Im going out today and cancelling my debit cards just so they cant charge me for my machine due to non compliance.

I can't stand Apria. They have done nothing but make my life miserable every since I started dealing with them. Faulty equipment, no masks, it is a company of monkey mutants. I cant wait until I have to order supplies...Im sure their gonna flub that one somehow.

Just put another SD card in your machine.

Any SD card will work.
Buy the smallest capacity you can find. The S9 won't use the additional capacity of a larger SD card - so why pay for it.

The machine will write all of the compliance information that is needed to the SD card when it is inserted.

Then, NEVER send your SD card to the DME or anyone else until AFTER they have 1st sent you a replacement card.

If the DME is close enough, physically bring them this new SD card & have them download it while you wait. Do NOT leave the DME without your SD card or a replacement.

You are reminding me that it is time to make a copy of my SD card from my CPAP machine. I do this from time to time and one time it really paid off when a card died.

Next time send signature certified I guess, and keep a backup.

As for all the credit card stuff, well, Seal Team Six will be knocking at your door.

Not really Seal Team 6. When I received my S9 they took down my debit/credit card number and said if I did not meet the compliance check they would bill my credit card for the cost of the machine as my insurance would refuse to pay for it. The debit draws directly from my account but can be used as a Visa. I guess my machine is on rental until my insurance feels Ive used it enough to purchase it.

They (Apria/Crapria) called a few minutes ago and said they are mailing back my SD Card today. Maybe they are monitoring this board?!
