Interesting, but it would have been nice if they'd included women, and if they hadn't focused so much on weight.

Yes it was kind of a small study.

Consistently the studies from Spain show much better improvements from the use of CPAP. Perhaps we can get some of our medical people here to learn a few things over there?

In the September edition of “Sleep” there was an article entitled “Meta-Analysis of Executive Dysfunction in OSA Before and After Treatment”.

Results: “All 5 domains of executive function demonstrated medium to very large impairments in OSA independent of age and disease severity. Furthermore, all sub-domains of executive function demonstrated small to medium improvements with CPAP treatment.”

Better CPAP treatment may save many jobs and marriages.
