Hello I'm new to this site. I have had a cpap for about 3 yrs. Wear it everynight but I just dint sleep good with it on. I seem to wake up a lot. Just cant get into a good undisputed sleep. Any advice on this. I'm so tired of being tired.

Please become a member and login. Then tell us what machine and mask you are using. Each machine is different and so are the hundred of different masks.

You might try telling the group a bit about your profile: what machine, which mask, what is your AHI? and so on. It could be that breathing difficulties are actually what is waking you, which might mean that your therapy isn't optimal yet. Or is it mask discomfort that is bothering you? If you can think it through (hard, when you're tired) and give some details about what is happening when you awaken, and post some SleepyHead data, there are some knowledgeable people here who might be able to help you out.
