Have you gotten a machine yet and started with it? If you have a Resmed machine, you can change the time on the machine so that your data is not split sessions. It resets the data at noon. I have mine set so that it believes that noon is at 3 or 4 pm (depending on the time of year and weather it is daylight saving time). Respironics machines are different, and you have to tell the software what time it is relative to the time zone set for that machine. Somebody here can help with that if you ask.

There will be lots of adjustments to make, but people here are great about helping and solving the various issues that come up.

Thank you for the welcome... I have not got a machine yet, I will be renting one to start hopefully sort it out next week not sure what machine I will be getting hoping to be able to get a S9 if not hopefully will be able to buy one when the rental agreement is up in 6 months... not sure if I will be able to use the set time function as even though I have come to terms with the fact I should be going to sleep at 4am I still have to convince the rest of the world still have a lot of early daytime commitments, so sleep is all over the place hoping that over the next 2-4 months I can make it so I can be sleeping when I need to
