every day it is getting worse

I think I'm seeing mostly obstructions in that report. Although the image was a little difficult to read. You can always hide the navigation bar on the right to give more screen space.

Have your flow limitations been getting higher? Are you sleeping in a different position?

Has your asthma been acting up and constricting your airway more than normal? This could cause greater flow limitations and increased obstructions. Possible?

Are you complaining with AHI of 3.81? If yes then it's a joke. I had it at above 12 for my first year and now it's close to zero.

She just got her AHI lowered and is now concerned that it is going back up.

Chantilly; one night (or even a couple) may not be as important as the overall trends.
You are doing quite well at this stage, and need to not let anxiety affect your therapy.
