Nasal mask newbie
I posted a little about this yesterday, but could use advice. After 3 or 4 months of nose pilows, I'm going to try switching to a mask. I love the idea of the small pillows, and the Pilairo felt pretty good, but I keep getting recurring nostril pain. I tried the Nuance Pro, but got a lot of leaks and, oddly, a real nosebleed yesterday. I thought I would try getting a mask and then either swap between the Pilairo and the mask when I get discomfort, or focus on the mask if I like it enough. I'm planning to go to the doc for a fitting, but does anyone have advice on good masks, what I should try, look for, etc.? I find that if I'm informed and know what questions to ask and things to try, I'm much more likely to get it right the first time.
Re: Nasal mask newbie
For an over the nose mask that has a minimal nasal interface and very lightweight...I would look at the Swift FX Nano or the Respironics Wisp.

The Swift FX Nano I had good success with and I even was able to use the Swift FX nasal pillows on the Nano headgear.
I didn't have good success with the Wisp. That doesn't mean you wouldn't though. There are a lot of happy Wisp users here.
The Nano is relatively new and hasn't been around as long as the Wisp has.
The Wisp should come with 3 sizes of cushions in the package...the Nano you have to select the size.
If you search the forum for Nano reviews and Wisp reviews you will find quite a bit of discussion about them.
