Does coughing or sneezing in the mask affect the AHI count?

depends on what machine you are using and if you are using the autoset mode or straight cpap mode. In the autoset mode, the Resmed S9 waits 10 seconds for coughs and etc... in the cpap mode... the jury is still out....
