Where do I sell lightly used resmed c9?

I'm trying to sell my lightly used resmed c9, it has all the accessories and the case, what is the best way to go about selling it? Looking to get at least 600 for it. Any suggestions?

I've bought machines off Craigslist successfully. You might try that.

C9? is that an earlier model than the current S9?

Are you sure you own it? Most insurances emulate Medicare, which is a 13 month rent to own, with a proof of use as a continuing thing for most of months.

Translate: If you sell it for whatever. You may be on the hook for the entire price that the DME would charge, and that would be a lot more than six hundred.

There are several different S9 model names...what model name is showing up on the top of the LCD screen?
Model name affects value tremendously. So does hours of use...so how many run hours on the machine?

It's a vpap st, and yes I own it out right. Hours are 3436
