Hi,
I am getting the new machine and I wonder where can I get the software to check how my treatment goes?
Send me a message.
Thanks,
Fidel
i am getting a new S9 Auto
Re: i am getting a new S9 Auto
Make sure you are getting an S9 Autoset. The providers love to stick people with S9 Escape Auto units. They don't track data worthwhile. If they do it run and don't sign a thing or accept any equipment.

I just checked the order and it is not the escape. I will know more when Fedex shows.
I bought it online on CPAP.com

Cpap.com is a great company. I feared you were dealing with a DME local to you.
You can get SleepyHead software from Pugsy's signature here. If you post in this thread someone will provide you with ResScan information.

fidelfs, send a PM to Pugsy to get help and links to software. tell her you are getting an s9 autoset. but if I were you, (and I am a new pap'er also, I wouldnt worry about software just yet. Its going to take a week or two just to get used to the machine and mask and having something on your face at night. what mask did you order? are you getting the mask online or through a DME?

Re: i am getting a new S9 Auto
Software has been taken care of. Check your PM box.
For now just make sure you have it up and running without issues with a general understanding of AHI and leaks and put your main focus on just getting used to all this stuff and don't get too caught up in actual numbers at this point.

Re: i am getting a new S9 Auto
This new machine is a replace from a respironic System One. My wife and I have both a respironic for several years now, hers is acting funny. I am waking up at night 2 or 3 times every night. I am not rested like I used to.oak wrote:fidelfs, send a PM to Pugsy to get help and links to software. tell her you are getting an s9 autoset. but if I were you, (and I am a new pap'er also, I wouldnt worry about software just yet. My respironic it is working fine and it will go to my wife.
I am guessing something is happening, it could be the machine is not resolving all the problems at night (apneas) or I have a old mask that I need to replace. I was hanging into my last AEIOMED, but I think regrettable is time to find a replacement. I bought the Brezze that looks very similar to the AEIOMED.
I think I just need to tweak the pressure a little bit. I will have the s9 in AUTO and read the software.
I don't have insurance so going to a night sleep is out of question.
Thanks for your help.
