I love my Nasal Aire II. This looks like it isn't as simple to use. With Nasal Aire the tubing just slips above and behind your ears so the headgear isn't necessary (outside of a piece of velcro to hold the back securely behind your head)
This may appeal to someone who doesn't like to feel the tubing resting on their ears...may lessen the sound of the air somewhat. Its probably a tradeoff of whether you'd like the feel of the headgear or the tubing touching your ears the best.
