Karen Moore w/Padacheek is awesome

Post by 49er » Fri Jan 25, 2013 8:21 am

Since I consider it my duty to let the forum know when vendors go beyond the call of duty, I wanted to mention what Karen's actions. She contacted me after I had mentioned in another thread that unfortunately, her products have not worked for me even though I realize they were a godsend for most people.

She mentioned she wanted to make it right with me including an offer of a refund for anything I was unhappy with.

To be honest, I was overwhelmed when I saw her response. I mean, actions like Karen's just don't happen in what I feel is an era of customer disservice. Sorry, I know I sound like I am very cynical and I mean no offense to those who have had better experiences.

Anyway, for those folks who are considering purchasing products from Karen, I hope this post gives you the information you need to firm up your decision.

Karen is indeed one of the nicest persons if not THE nicest person on the forum.
President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.

I just tried Karen's Swift FX Barrel Cozy for the first time last night. I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE DIFFERENCE IT MADE!!!!! I was fine with the Swift FX as it was but decided to try the barrel cozy. I'm so glad I did. It was a huge improvement in comfort. Very soft. I highly recommend giving it a try!!!

Karen is wonderful.
I discovered that using her mask liner with my nasal mask acted like wrap around insulation, and almost eliminated the condensation/rainout from my breath. Yes, my PRS1 is lower than my head.
Karen if you read this consider making a better pap-cap design? I would rather send my money to you any day.

I have purchases several of Karen's products & love them all. The forehead pad for my hubby's Amara mask was really great. I've also purchased the Swift FX barrel cozy & Bella Loops pads, these work quite well.

Karen - thanks for your great products & awesome customer service!!!

I know this is a slightly old thread and I have actually never communicated with Karen directly. However, for the sake of people who are thinking about pad-a-cheek and happen to come across this thread, I want to say that pad-a-cheek is the best thing that happen to me since I started to seriously make my CPAP treatment work (and literally threw money away with things like RemZzzs mask liner, CPAP pillow, etc. They just didn't work for me). I've only used the strap for a few nights and I still take my mask off after I fall asleep. However, I fall asleep very easily thanks to the comfort the pad-a-cheek provides and in fact I even want to go to sleep. I don't know yet and it's too early to say, but I have a strong feeling that pad-a-cheek would be one of the keys to me being able to use CPAP through the nights. Despite not knowing Karen personally, I sincerely thank her for making such a wonderful product!

yes I agree totally. the barrel cozy I bought makes the mask so much more tolerable--plus I got the product within 2 days, unlike my DME which is close by and still hasnt sent my nose pillow replacement and its been 5 days

I have bought several things from pad a cheek site. I always enjoy my conversations with Karen. She is helpful on the use of her products and very generous when I make mistakes.

I am really enjoying my Quattro Air mask with the pad a cheek liner. I gave it all a bath last night and her mask liners really extend the life of cushions. At my higher pressures I appreciate the soft feel of any air that does escape.

Karen is a fantastic lady whose sole motivation is to make life better for her fellow hoseheads. I would never be able to tolerate my current mask without my anti leak strap and mask liner. Her products are comfortable and durable. She stands behind every single item she sells and will go the extra mile to help her compatriots.

She is also well versed in all things to do with CPAP. She helps people both on the forum and through chat.

I hope her ears are burning.

Karen is always a sweetheart... and just so that everybody knows, she is just as much of a sweetheart in person as she is online.
