OK, report card time.

0.40.

Well, maybe not happy dance time, but is it worth a "satisfied" dance?

BTW SleepyHead reports that for the 74 days I have been on CPAP, my average AHI is 0.52. 95% leaks is 4.80.

At my 'diagnostic" Sleep study I was 82 AHI. So, I think this is good news, yes?

I think that anything below 1.0 deserves a happy dance for sure.
So here you go.

Even with the supposed doubts about machine issues it's a good feeling isn't it? I've hit 0.0 a few times but not sure I've ever gotten two in a row. I'm one of the lucky ones that if I hit over one it's high.
