Sleep Wake SleepHead

Post by mystydragonfly » Thu Aug 22, 2013 7:46 pm

Hi,

I have a question. In the upper left hand corner of SleepHead below the calendar where it says:

Date--Sleep--Wake--Hours What does Sleep and Wake mean?

For instance, one of my reports says under Sleep 22:19 and Wake 03:18 and (Hours 04:58:18, which is the amount of time I slept for the night.) I am wondering what the Sleep and Wake parts mean.

Thanks in advance for your answers.

In the case above, it means that you masked up and started the machine (not necessarily when you went to sleep) at 22 hundred hours (dont ask me to convert, I am a dumb american) and you took the mask off and stopped the machine at 3 AM. Is that what you are asking or am I missing something. I am getting sleepy...........

You turned the machine on at 10:19PM and turned it off at 3:18AM so you had the machine on for 5hrs.
