Well that report from last night is about as boring and uneventful as they come. That's good and bad I suppose...good that nothing exciting is going on and bad because it doesn't give us any hints as to what might be going on with your sleep and dreaming issues.
Your OSA is extremely well controlled and pretty much goes along with your mention that your OSA was considered to be very mild.
Your pressure never really changes all that much and those pointy spike things are the machine doing its own pressure test probes and not because it is sensing anything in particular.

Are you comfortable at such a minimum pressure? For some people that 4 cm pressure would be rather stifling. Others are okay with it.
