I will admit that before I got my ClimateLIne hose I kinda wondered about the hose cozy thing making things too warm. I could see that ResMed's little skinny cover ( I figured if they didn't want it used on a heated hose that they would state it plainly but they don't) probably wouldn't be a problem but I did wonder about the Padacheek hose cozy.
Lots of forum members use it along with their Climateline and others use a different brand but still fleece without issue.
I suppose this is one of those gray areas.

They do some good work. I have attended a number of A.W.A.K.E. meetings myself. But CPAPtalk.com offers a freedom of expression that seems to me to be, uh, less clear at other forums that deal with OSA.

Any tube that can't be covered by fabric has no business anywhere near a bed, in my opinion. So if ResMed thinks their tubing is safe enough to be used near a bed, it sure as heck, seems to me, ought to be a safe thing to cover the tubing with fabric.

But that is only my non-legally-binding opinion. (Just trying to cover my ASAA.)

I agree they do good work but the forum policies are a whole other issue. One time, since you're not allowed to post a direct link, I thought I was safe in telling someone to google cpap.com. Nope, it was seen as a direct link. Very frustrating but as Pugsy said about the other site, if you want to play in their sandbox, you have to abide by their rules.

Some of the other forums make me feel like I'm trying to find a pick-up card game in a deserted saloon that's been walled off into lonely rooms, each with it's own cranky sheriff and deputy to look over my shoulder and criticize my hand.
