PB poor quality

Non functioning Humidifier.
Have any other members had a quality problems with PB products?

Yes. PB420E expired after about a year of use, and was pretty noisy - and possibly leaky - before that. The new one is much better.

I've had my PB humidifier and APAP since the end of January and so far all is well.

I had a problem with a PB 420E. They were EXCELLENT about replacing the machine during the warranty period. Biggest battle was with the DME to send to back. Once the DME finally called PB I had a replacement 420E in my hands in a couple of DAYS.

Give them a chance to cover it on warranty!
