I wish that yoyo peddling that interface would go out of business and we wouldn't have to answer this same question over and over again. Most think the person posting the question is the guy selling it.
So here's a canned answer to your question:
If you use the Search box at the top, you'll find that interface is pretty much crap. If ANYone is still using it longer than a week they are probably only using it for a door stop cause thats about all its been found to be good for.

long term mouthpiece use
Think about all the issues that one potentially has even wearing a mouthpiece for long term. If you are unsure of what they might be, read the FDA article on possibly making mouth appliances OTC - it does a good job of detailing potential side effects. They can make permanent changes to your jaw hinge, etc.
Not sure why I'd think that it was a good thing to bite on something all night every night.

I looked in the search before I asked the question because I didn't want to bother anyone , but I couldn't fing anything on it at all , so very sorry to the person who is bothered by my question. Thank you everyone for your feedback and NO---I'm not a seller of this product. I read about it on the homepage for it and signed in to get a free book " Sleep Apnea Can Kill " so they called me because I had to give my phone number and offered me $30 off to order one right away. I just wanted some feed back before I took my $30 discount LOL ! Soooooooo your answers were of great help.----Thanks again------Rose
good lord this thing just won't go away!
I have one. I don't use it any more, but it was the only "mask" I had for almost a year. I've posted in response to several inquiries.
and for the record... you don't "bite" on anything. The boil and bite mouthpiece is only "bitten" when it's being formed... that happens ONCE.
Once made, it literally SNAPS onto your teeth. If you open your mouth it does NOT fall out.

Don't worry about getting "crabby" answers to your questions. Remember that many of us are deprived of oxygen and sleep. We are often crabby about everything!!
Good luck and speedy recovery!
