... the natural history of MILD obstructive sleep apnea? I did a pubmed search yesterday and didn't find what I am looking for. What I want to know is this. If someone is diagnosed with mild OSA as a younger adult, what, statistically, will be their status in 10 years, 20 years, etc. I don't know if someone has ever done a prospective study like this. If not, it is a study asking to be done. Of course, then there is the issue of "treated" vs. "untreated". Maybe that's why it might not have been done. Well, figured that if it HAS been done, somewhere, one of you might have read it and can point me in the direction.
Here's hoping,
