My Encore Readings

Is there a FAQ or something available on how to read the information
contained in My Encore/Encore.

I looked at the charts and numbers and I don't think it looks good
but don't know for sure.

Where can I go for additional info on what the numbers mean
and what chart to be most concerned about.

After some of the latest posts I am not as concerned on the
snore index as between me and the cats we do move around
a lot and we have three fans on that make noise.
