The Dreaded Cold..What Now?

Well, I new it was going to happen. I have my first cold since starting treatment.
I ripped my nasal mask off last night, because I was sneezing like crazy.
I do own a FF mask, and I haven't tried it yet. Do they work when you have a cold, or am I doomed to suffer until I get well? I am very spoiled now, and have come to expect my good night's sleep.

Full face mask will help. See if your doctor will prescribe a nasal spray. If you use the over the counter stuff, don't over do it, it will make things worse the longer you use it. I had good luck using my Swift, the air blowing into my nose seemed to help keep it from dripping, gross, I know, but it worked.
I also used Niquil to fall asleep and stay asleep, worked great but again, don't over do it.

Colds are not fun when you have OSA. I'm not a germ-a-phobic but I certainly am more aware of trying my best to keep away from those little buggers.

Here's something that I bet most people never thought about....How many of you read a magazine in the doctor's waiting room? How many OTHER people with WHO KNOWS WHAT have read that magazine also? I always bring my own reading material.
