GOOfy
It's not unusual for my friend to run late, or even skip an occassional month if I'm under a lot of stress. Now, you've just started CPAP. So that means over the last month or two you've had to deal with sleep doctors, sleep studies, DMEs, realizing you have this problem which can be a killer, adjusting to the mask, adjusting to the machine - umm, more than a little stress lately? I'd say not to worry about it too much this month, if it runs late or skips, that's probably fairly normal given everything else that's been going on. If you continue to have problems, then see your doctor.

Ladies & Gents.... Thank you for your advice(s)! It probably does have to do with all the stress, my friend decided to come over for a tea party...LOL

I truly appreciate everyone's opinions and of course, the manly comments. You know, now that I think about it.... I probably should have started this as a guest instead of myself..... How embarrassing! Now when I meet some of you, I will really be embarrassed!

Oh well.... such is life!! And besides, it's not like it's nothing new!! My mom would be so upset with me for sharing this info with others (especially the male gender) Hehehehehe!!! What she doesn't know won't hurt her.......
Laughter never killed anyone..... Go ahead, laugh! It's good for you!! ;-)

Anything that affects your body could affect your menstrual period. I do not believe using cpap has affected mine. I am about the same age (42). The only medication which has affected my period has been diabetic medication. Rezulin, then actos had made my periods come more regularly. When Rezulin came out it was being investigated for polycystic ovary syndrome, I don't know what the results of those tests were.

I guarantee you that if a female would've asked how sleep apnea affects her sex life, the number of men reading THAT post would've been overwhelming! (I for one would've read it and probably replied). When a woman asks men not to read posts pertaining to female issues, that's like asking an elephant not to eat any peanuts! It just doesn't happen!
