headaches??

The last few days I feel tired with an all day headache, Ive been sleeping pretty well or so I thought..............did this happen to anyone?

To me there are distinctly OSA related headaches and then there are other headaches. Since treatment I have only noticed OSA headaches related to using the Headrest for some inexplicable reason. In the six months prior to starting treatment on the xPAP I was getting 3-4 rimes a weeks. They varied in severity.

Other headaches have reduced significantly and when they occur they are much milder. I can generally connect them to stress and poor hydration the prior day.

Did you change your interface? Pressure? Sleeping habits/behavior? Are there other life changes - stress? less (or more) exercise?, poor hydration?

To me headaches mean something is not working correctly, either with my OSA therapy or elsewhere in my life.
