Hosehead Limericks

Post by mikemoran » Tue May 16, 2006 8:00 am

Someone asked for it, so I figured we should let them have it. Time for your limerick contributions. Here are just a few to get us started.

There once was an Apneac waxing poetic
However his output was quite pathetic
After a toke from the hose
He switched over to prose
Now he generates humorous rhetoric

Snoring as soon as he lay down his head
A runaway freight train was brought to the bed
His partner had more than enough
Tho his life she wanted to snuff
She crammed a hose up his nose instead

What can I do to cure this mask infatuation?
The latest silicone brings such excitation
As I hook it to my CPAP
Carefully adjusting the strap
I await that first lilt of mask flatulation

There once was a woman named Ruth Blightly
Who always was so cranky and frightly
Since they cranked on the pressure
Her outlook was much fresher
She changed her name to Hosey Golightly

Love 'em! Probably the first time infatuation and flatulation have ever been used in close proximity...

Not surprised that you joined the fray after reading your funny t-shirt contributions. I'm working on creating words out of pictures of hoses for a t-shirt. That's turned out to be more than a notion, but fun.

Look forward to more of your humor.

There once was a man from Saint Lou
Who gasped until he turned blue
But now there's a hose
attached to his nose
restoring his pink healthy hue

Oh my god, I can't believe I'm going to hit "submit".

Thank you, Thank you, Mike and I will be here the rest of the week, with 2 shows on Saturday.

Rested gal, I once got in an altercation with a girl friend because I asked her if y'all was singular or plural. She used it both ways and did not appreciate the question....

Amazing to me what people will argue about...
