i heard all the rumors how "cpap saved my marraige" and stuff like that. i always thought that the people meant it helped because it reduced snoring. well, since starting to use cpap i have been able to achieve AND maintain an erection EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! is this normal? don't get me wrong, i like it and my wife LOVES it, but i just want to make sure nothing is wrong.

HUH??! What could possibly be wrong with the return of "normal" sexual functioning?
Mine improved markedly after 2 - 3 months, and if I ever needed further impetus to keep using my CPAP, that was certainly it.
Don't go looking for trouble where absolutely none exists. Enjoy yourself, and be thankful the CPAP therapy was so successful for you.

Abnormal.... absolutely not. The loss of ability to get an erection is due to the sleep apnea causing your tosrerine levels to be low.
