Quick story to help encourage those of you who are just beginning this journey and struggling......keep at it I can tell you from experience that it is worth it.
I am away in Kentucky and have seen people that I only see yearly.....you would not believe the comments I am getting. I had no idea that my treatment was affecting even how I look.
One woman walked up to me and asked to see the scars....I looked at her like she was NUTS.....she kept insisting that I had had a face lift. LOL.....
All this wonderful sleep has obviously made me feel and look better. I had no idea that my skin colour had improved so much.
Her comments made my day!!

You must have been so thrilled with this.
And I don't know about you, but after starting cpap I actually started to appreciate comments more, was more emotional, receptive. Of course the compliments were only after starting cpap. But before, while untreated, I was in so much of a brain fog that I didn't even notice what anyone said to me, good or bad. It was nice to feel alive again after starting cpap. Congratulations, things must be looking up for you!
