Encore Pro summary chart missing

Hi, I'm hoping someone out there can help. When I first started downloading data to Encore Pro, I could pull up the summary data for the last night only and at the bottom there would be a chart showing all the relevent data (AHI, flow, snores, pressure, etc.). Lately the chart is not showing up. I thought it might be because the card was full so I erased the card yesterday but the summary chart is still missing. I know the data is being downloaded because it all shows up in MyEncore. Any ideas?

Are you selecting "Full Details" when you select and open up the night's download?

The chart is missing in both summary and detailed reports. They used to be there before

Well, it doesn't have anything to do with the card being "full"......the older data is automatically over-written when it gets full. You don't have to erase it each time.

As long as you can see it in MyEncore, I would think that should tell you about all you need to know.

Guest, is this kinda what your chart used to look like in APAP mode?

And is this what your chart now looks like in CPAP mode?

If so, the explanation is that Encore Pro doesn't provide the summary chart when operated in CPAP mode, only in APAP mode.

That's it!! I'd forgoten that I had switched from APAP to CPAP mode at the time the chart dissapeared. Thanks for clearing this up for me.[/quote]
