I downloaded the SleepyHead software. Very cool. Slept for 8 hours last night. I woke up very spitty, but I'll take spitty over apneac any time. Anybody else have this? I am not really concerned; I can keep a washcloth near the bed, just curious.
Still don't know what the "95% leak" number represents.. anybody?
Also, there was a number for leaks, and i wondered if it was minutes or seconds or what... and more importantly, if my taking the mask off and putting it back on, having it blow air into the room for 20 or 30 seconds is changing the numbers in the machine to reflect a much worse mask fit than I actually have. In other words, does my taking the mask off and essentially creating a "leak" for that amount of time, add to a calculated average for "leaks" and make it appear that my mask does not fit as well as I think it does?
Thanks.

I have sleep apnea, but I don't snore. Never have. (I am also not male, obese or hypertensive)
I believe the screening criteria for sleep apnea is missing a LOT of people, who have a lot of unnecessary OSA related disease.
