OK, so maybe highest isn't a goal... it could mean a malady, but how about consistency with reasonable "height"? Here is my last 7 days with an average of 89.
I seem to be leveling off in my sleep score, probably near what some people might be considered an optimum, not too high, not low...

Just got my Zeo and used it for the first time. According to the slide thingy for finding your average mine is 57 cause I'm in my seventy's. I had a 73 for the night which I thought was good. Question about the bedside device, it shows the graft at the bottom of the device and doesn't clear after a certain number of hours. Say like 12 noon like the S9 does for your readings. It just stays there I guess until the next time you use it. Is that correct?

Correcto ! I think they have some sort of criteria for resetting the display chart associated with length of use maybe, or time of day, (or both or other?) because sometimes I put on the Zeo headband during the day playing with it and then I'll put it back on the clock-thing and it will revert to last night's, or sometimes it will keep the current daytime use with a score of like 2 or 5

But I just got my highest score... It is 91 (REM 19%, deep 25%, wake 2%) with the past week's average being 80 (range 66 - 91).

Very good!
I'm just saying there are people here with hypersomnia that can get very high scores (in the 100's) and it might be best to try to achieve and hold our average in the upper 80's, as was suggested I think by DeltaDave. I got a 67 last night and I'm feelin' it (ugh).
