The file is in the data folder but when you browse for it from sleepy head and I get to the data folder it shows the data folder empty. I right click and check to show hidden files and it 's still empty. I know it's there but just doesn't show from sleepyhead.
That may be due to a Microsoft abomination. The program thinks it's writing in c:\programs\SpO2\Data. It's actually writing in C:\Users\%YOURUSERID%\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\SpO2\Data.
Actual directories may vary depending on what version of windows you are using. If you work your way down to the right directory under windows explorer, you may see a "Compatibility Files." button. Click on that to see the links to the real directory.

I'm about to throw in the towel on this, I know it's there but sleepyhead can't see it. This is a beta.

Archangle's suggestion works exactly for my Dell Latitude E6510 running Windows 7 (64 bit). SPO2 v 1.2 installed OK and runs fine, but the apparent data file remained empty, until I used Archangle's suggestion, and found the test files exactly where he suggested (C:\Users\%YOURUSERID%\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\SpO2\Data). Thanks archangle!
