oximetry data: now what ?

Ok - lack of sleep makes you do strange stuff...

Last couple of days I explored my inner-geek. And with my new toy - CMS50i oximeter.. (very impressive by the way) I now feel I know everything there is to know about the data it produces.... now what do I do ? I was planning to integrate it with my zeo data - (which is a bit lame).

So I've got my SPO2 files completely deciphered and understood - and a couple of neat little utilities written up to convert them to CSV - toyed with XML but just did CSV in the end... I would also like to output them onto the SD card of my Resmed S9 and make it think it is coming from the S9 oximeter for resscan's benefit - just need to know the target format and should be very easy to do..

Anyhoo - been on the Resmed S8 since 2005 - and the S9 has just arrived so will commission it over the next couple of nights.

Bottom line - anyone thinking of an oximeter -- I completely recommend the CMS50i. It cost me about $130 delivered from China.
