For the last couple months, I've frequently been waking up with a little saliva on my face or pillow (gross, I know). Obviously, if this is happening, my mouth must be open.
Does this necessarily mean that I'm mouth breathing?
any thoughts appreciated.
embarrassing question

Now this seems unbelievable, but lately I've discovered that when I'm wearing my Aura (aren't you all tired of hearing about my love affair with it?), that I can open my mouth and not cause a leak. ...
This is something new. With the Nasalaire, if I opened my mouth, air gushed out. But with the Aura, my tongue lays flatter and evidently closes the air passage to my throat. So I can actually open my mouth, breath through my nose, and no air comes out my mouth. It's true, I showed my husband this morning.
So it's possible that Steve-O is slobbering but maybe not losing air when he does it. (I haven't tried that one).
