Used two times, Somnotech Somnoplus nasal mask. Comes with four forehead cushions. I just cannot use a nasal mask and be happy. It is truly the quietest mask I've ever used, but I must have too weird a nose for nasal masks to work right. My Activa doesn't even work will on this schnoz. Will sell for $50 plus s/h.
