Well, it took changing sleep doctors, but I should be getting an auto titrating CPAP. My current machine is a resporonics and I have had no troulbe out of it, so I am tempted to stick with it. The cpflex also seems to be nice (mine does not have it). The new sleep doctor uses a resmed, so they must also be good. I currently use a breeze with nasal pillows.
I was hoping to get input on which machine to get, since I am not being rushed into decisions this time.

I have a P&B 420e APAP and I absolutely love it. No it doesn't have C-Flex so if you need help with exhalation, you'll want the Respironics brand. Since I never had problem exhaling, even on my old high pressure of 16, I got the P&B. For me, the size was first on the list of must-haves. It is so small and lightweight.
I'm planning a DC vacation this fall and am also hoping to go with my company on a European trip. I work for a travel agency and when we travel to Europe together, we use the trains and our feet as our major modes of transportation within the countries. In other words, it's gotta be light for me to lug it around.
I've heard good things about the Respironics brand as well.
Best of luck in getting the machine that's best for you.
