Nose Strips & UARS

Nose Strips & UARS

Anyone ever use those nose strips/breathe right etc? Do they help? Would they help with UARS?

I don't know about UARS, but I love them to help me breath better at night while on c-pap.
I get the strongest ones..wouldn't want one of them to slip off and be inhaled....

Yes I have used them and they work ok. They dont always stop the nose damage and sometimes they cause leakes. Like everything you work out how to use them. At $24 each they are too expensive.
