I've been using a quattro FX and overall I am pretty happy with it. At the same time, I'd like to be able to have other options. I've tried the Liberty and just couldnt get the pillows to stay put etc. The sleep tech pointed out that my nares are more long/oval shaped than round and that may be why the Liberty pillows did not sit right for me.I am no longer mouth breathing all the time now and a smaller mask seems so appealing to me. Recent posts mentioning the Swift LT etc. have impelled me to look at photos. Now I wonder whether those pillows might work for me. As I look at the pictures of the swift LT it seems like the placement of the straps and structure of the mask might hold the pillows in place and work better than the Liberty. Am I correct in thinking this? My DME does not carry the Swift masks (and doesnt seem so willing to order anything special) so I am thinking of trying another DME as I could be due for a new mask soon. If I purchase online my insurance company considers it "out of network" and does not reimburse as well.
I know that it will ultimately depend on how it works for me but I'd welcome feedback/advice you who are more experienced with this mask before I go to a lot of trouble to get one. thanks

Re: question about nasal pillow masks
I'm currently using the Swift LT (purchased from another member here), and am liking it. I don't know about the Liberty, but I can tell you that the LT strap placement does indeed help with holding the pillows in place.
I have also used the Swift FX, and the Opus 360. I liked both of those masks as well, but the LT just gives a more secure feeling when I use it. The Opus is a close second to the LT, as it has a more "firm" feel to it, and I was able to buy it from Amazon at a very reasonable price without needing a prescription. Don't know if that is still the case. The pillows of the Opus somehow feel smaller to me, but still seemed to do the job. The FX seems to give me more trouble with getting it to stay in place and not leak, but I haven't given up on it yet.
I continue to rotate through the 3 masks, and maybe that will just stay the case.
Hope this is somewhat helpful.
Karon

Re: question about nasal pillow masks
You might consider the mask trial. I see they have a Swift LT listed now. If it is often requested there may be a waiting list for it.

Re: question about nasal pillow masks
thanks Karon
I see headgear and pillows listed on amazon.com for swift LT.
is there anything else required?
sounds like it's worth a try! reasonable price if it doesnt work out....

Re: question about nasal pillow masks
I have been using nasal pillows for 8 years or so. My favorite is the Mirage Swift II. The air tube enters the side and can be changed from right to left.

Re: question about nasal pillow masks
You will need the short hose frame assembly for the Swift LT also. Hose and pillow frame....sometimes packaged together on EBay and sometimes separately.
By the time you add in Headgear..this one looks real good at Buy it Now price of $45 free shipping and I bet they would sell you a nasal pillow also.
Edit to add the Ebay link I forgot http://www.ebay.com/itm/ResMed-Swift-LT ... 1c231da6dc
https://www.cpap.com/productpage/resmed ... embly.html
which consists of 2 parts...
the pillow frame

and the hose assembly
