I only sleep on my sides. I've never been a stomach sleeper, but you should have no trouble with the Aura. I would start with the medium pillows - but I use the large. You can also gently bend the wires to fit a narrow nose. And, I use a strip of paper tape and tape the 2 arms closer together - about a third of the way down the arms. That way they won't flare out and leak when pressure is applied to them. I very seldom get leaks.

If I were you, I would wrap a bathtowel around my hose. Lay the towel out flat, and then roll the hose into it. Then tie the towel in several places. Think elastic make wonder ties and knots securely. Be sure to do the scrunchie thing from the bed. I run mine up from the machine (mine is in my bottom drawer of my nightstand), and just level with my pillow. That way the hose is not in a downward position at all - moisture will run down to the water reservoir instead of down to my face.

Good Luck. The Aura is wonderful if you can major tweak it and the hose correctly.

Sorry, that should have been "thin elastic".

Linda, Thanks. I will apply all the tweaks here until I get what I need. I am like a little kid at christmas waiting for the UPS guy! What is taking him so long by the way? I have a really high headboard ( 7ft) so I will hook the
hose with a scruchie to the knobs on the cabinets of the headboard. I need to make sure that there is nothing that can come out of the cabinet first thought. I can just imagine waking up to something falling on my head from the cabinet tonight. After the incident we had last night with rolling myself up in the hose and yanking my unit off the table I think we could do without the excitement tonight. Thank you for all of your help. Let me know if you can think of anything else I may need to know.
