pharmwoman--i have no experience with this, but i would think an airline rep would have to be made of nails not to allow that. the electric company here has a provision to allow you enuf power to run necessary medical equipment in the event of an outage, but my situation is not severe enuf to qualify. others would know better on the travel stuff.

The CPAP and accessories is classified as medical equipment (there is a notice on the bottom of mine). It doesn't count as carryon. The security type son of my exec. asst. says he sees them a lot.
Should be no problem, but don't let them talk you in to checking it. The case isn't made for checking because it is supposed to be carried on.
