Resmed facebook site "data drill down"

Post by Uncle_Bob » Wed Dec 28, 2011 3:05 pm

I see from the Resmed facebook site that they have decided to host what they call a data drill down event during January.

They are proposing to reveal how to get to advanced the data patient menu which exposes AHI, hours of usage and leak. Previously I've only see Resmed document this in the clinicians manual so it looks like they maybe have had a change of heart?

but thats not all....

you'll have a chance to ask our clinicians your data questions.

I saw that too. Think I'll just keep my mouth shut and not rock the boat. I'm pretty happy with things the way they are.

i wonder if experienced users will be able to ask detailed questions such as questions about specific events and how the Resmed algorithm handles them?

newbies will find the advance patient data menu useful, although the ones with the Escape modules are gonna be pissed.

Wow, that is awesome! I had asked them a few days again to have a contest for those with Cpaps older than the S9 as I would love to win the money, to put towards a S9 model, but the way things are going, I guess it will have to go to bills if I win.
Someone one a week ago and slept 8 Hours if I remember right. I thought, I could do that any day plus some. Bring it on!

Will they let me say what I think of their internet strangle hold, their pricing and their shipping to Canada block? I doubt it.
I will not buy another Resmed when it comes time to get a new machine.

Can't say as I blame you! I signed up the other day just so I could do the Resmed contest. I set all the privacy settings about a tight as possible. A couple of days ago a gal at the local cafe was on FB so I asked her to see if she could make contact with me. She couldn't find me! I guess I have the settings so tight other FB users don't see me show up in a search, even when they search on my name!

Just don't go adding or approving any apps if you wish to remain relatively anonymous.

Unfortunately, Facebook leaks a lot of info about you even if you don't approve any apps.

Heck, it even leaks information about you if you don't sign up. It gets people to give them their e-mail address books, so your e-mail and name can be grouped with people you're associated with.
