Survey: First Sleep Study AHI

I am just curious and don't see this poll anywhere else. Wikipedia lists Mild, Moderate and Severe but that doesn't tell me how prominent each level is.

The AHI is a vague number anyway though. It doesn't account for arousals, PLM, duration of apneas, or O2 desaturations. Additionally, many of us had all of our apneas in REM, so all of the REM was disrupted but the count was divided by total sleep time.

It will be interesting to compare the results of this survey to an old poll of mine . . .

Mine was only 6.6. But in REM, it was 28.

Mine was 46.4 - which is not as bad as many, but bad enough. My longest was 58 seconds, and mean was around 25. Luckily though, my 02 never went below 90%. What was bad was I NEVER went into REM! Zero, Nada, Zilch! I had very little Delta, most of the night was stage 1 and 2. Doc was surprised that I was functional.
