Update again:

The appointment went very well. I got sent home with the resmed s9 autoset. A new mask to try (along with my old mask).

My data looked great. She unlocked the machine so I can mess with whatever I want.

The drawbacks: they are anti-sleep aids. They are their own DME (which I find sketchy).

Most patients have no real interest in their therapy like you do and like the members of this forum do. I would say that they have been so accomodating to your requests and concerns expressed in your e-mail even willing to unlock your access to the PAP data is a good sign. It looks real hopeful like you have stumbled onto a really good, progressive sleep facility.

Dazzles, It sounds like your communication skills are great! A little help and support from this forum also helped me talk to my DME and get the machine I wanted. Knowledge is power and you came to the right place for both.
