It's probably not too late. Call the insurance company, tell them the problem you're having with Lincare, both so the insurance company rethinks having them as a preferred provider, and also to get permission to switch. Call Kim Emery at Keene Medical. If you're going the expensive route, she's at least good about fitting you properly. I've tried on about 8 different masks today alone, trying to replace the first one I got (after trying on 5) that I hate.
Liam, who doesn't hold Keene's price-fixing pricing policy against Kim, who provides great customer service.
