CPAP Accreditations or Certifications?

Does anyone know if there are any organizations or societies that certify or approve CPAP machines? (For example, the AAMI approves certain blood pressure monitors).

As a prescription medical device, they are regulated by the FDA.

Blood pressure cuffs are not prescription, nor are they medication, so it's possible that they are not regulated. Even if they are regulated, that doesn't stop a consumer and/or professional group from endorsing certain brands.

Seeing as there are so few brands of CPAP, and they are all regulated by the FDA, there's really no need for any further endorsements.
