I just noticed that this past night was day 60 with Li'l Facehugger. Only thing of interest to me about it is that this is the first time the recorded AHI was formed entirely by clear airway events; it was also on the low side at a mere 1.84. Only 125 pressure pulses, at a rate of 23 per hour.
I wonder how horrible night 61 will be, now that I mentioned how good night 60 was.

Re: Day 60 with Li'l Facehugger
Tetragon,
No negative thoughts! Sometimes we set ourselves up by stating negative thoughts or statements. Such as: "I know this is going to be a bad day", " I got so lucky the first time", "I'm sure to fail this time", "I never win anything", etc...
As long as we hear or internalize whatever negative statements that are put out there, by others or ourselves, our sub-conscious always seems to do what it can to make these self fulfilling prophecies. It sets us up to view more and more negative things and overlook any positives that may be there as well.
Tell yourself that tonight is going to be as good or better. You never know it just might come true. If it is not better tell yourself that tomorrow night will be. It kind of like the Law of Attraction; put out good and positive thoughts. Think yourself into better ways and better days... Li'l Facehugger would want that!

Or day 61 could be an almost exact match for my 7-day average. Most notable parts of it being the 358 pressure pulses (55/h), and that one sequence of waveform and pulses that looks like what Li'l Facehugger would normally log as a clear airway event, but wasn't.
