Thanks jamiswolf and pugsyfor the great suggestions.
I am not able at this time to purchase something on line mainly because I do not have a credit or debit card. At this time in my life the best way is to deal with the DME's though if there is another method of paying that mask trial program looks good.

Jabman,
Craigslist is mostly person-to-person so alternate payment options are possible. Not without some risk however. I have mailed Postal MO for purchases as well as simply put cash in an envelope (for small purchases) Paypal is very useful but requires a debit card. For the mask trial, I see no reason why you couldn't simply mail them a check or MO. After all, there are people with addresses behind the websites.
Cheers,
Jamis

PS: If you wear a large Quattro, and you need a spare, I have several new spares I got at about half retail. PM me as needed.
