EncoreViewer Question

Post by Starlette » Wed Dec 07, 2011 7:01 am

Good morning everyone.

I've been meaning to ask this for a long time and decided to finally make the time to ask.
For the first time I "really" looked at Compliance Information sheet so here is my question: What is the difference between the light and dark green lines? I know obviously what the red means, just not the other shades of green.

Thanks.

I think it is just a viewing oddity. If you notice the red in that area is also paler.

For reporting purposes green is hours of use no matter which shade.

I can see similar lighter shade of green in both my Viewer and Pro reports. More evenly spaced out than yours with predominately darker green but I still have some pale green. I don't think it means a whole lot.
