OT - Resmed Total Sleep contest
Re: OT - Resmed Total Sleep contest
I saw that too, ah, well, how disappointing! I figure that was an overnight sleep and a nap before the device rolled over at noon.

Their web programmer is so smart! You have to like them before you see the message that says you have to like them to enter!
You have to take the pic of your S9 before noon before before the numbers disappear!

Re: OT - Resmed Total Sleep contest
I saw on their page that if you miss the 12 noon cutoff you can go into the 1 day statistics on your machine and get the previous 24 hour period. I haven't tried it though.

It rolls at noon to the next reporting period. I haven't seen a way to view the previous reporting period (day) after it rolls...ya get to view 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, etcetera.Lizistired wrote:I saw on their page that if you miss the 12 noon cutoff you can go into the 1 day statistics on your machine and get the previous 24 hour period. I call those people "koalas." Koala bears sleep about 16 hours a day...

They will accept a photo of your "1 day" screen if you don't get the photo before it rolls over. The 1 day screen will show hours of use and AHI for that previous night.

More like a clock adjustment, an over night sleep and an afternoon watching football! 17 hours is a bit of a stretch but he must have needed the money pretty bad.Muse-Inc wrote:I saw that too, ah, well, how disappointing! He posted that he had a bad night's sleep the night before, got up at 6 a.m. to take his kid to hockey practice, so he went down for a nap at 2 p.m. & asked his wife to wake him at 5 p.m. She didn't, and he slept through till the next morning.

Re: OT - Resmed Total Sleep contest
I think I would pay $100 if I could sleep for 17 hours.... but I'm not sure. I have never slept that long. Even after days of sleep deprivation. The way I see it, Resmed is paying good money to gather statistics for marketing purposes... or whatever. Hate to see that data skewed and/or the contest to go away.
