Stuffy Nose and Data

Its that time of the year, time for the sniffles. I kept snorting ( clearing my nose) last night as i went to sleep and again this morning as i awoke. I left the mask on a bit longer in hopes of sleeping longer. Didnt work out that way. I noticed on my graph my V Snores were very high when i would clear my nose. I guess the machine picks up that vibration through the mask. Guess a good nasal rinse before bed tonight will help avoid those higher spikes. No other times were they nearly as high. Anyone else experienced this?
