Please comment to let me know if the leaks are out of control. I slept great and my my pillows seem to be sealing better than in previous days. I plan to change the pillows out next week. I have 3 more pair. I get 3 a month through the Insurance. I've had these nearly 2 weeks. The lanolsih or Beez wax seems to help seal. And have had no nose discomfort at all.
Your thoughts on the data are appreciated. Have a safe shopping day!!!!!

Doesn't look too bad to me.. I've use the same mask at a similar pressure, and mine spikes higher than that..
(Total) Leaks in APAP mode pretty much follow the shape of the pressure graph.. It's when it diverges significantly (higher) from that trend that it's something to be concerned about.
If your feeling good when you wake up, that's the important thing..
Your going through a heck of a lot of pillows.. :-/

I assumed they wear out easy is why i get 3 pair a month. Maybe they dont and i could use them longer. Not sure. How long do they last you?????

I've only replaced mine once in the last 9 months on CPAP.. I probably should do this more often, but I'm not having major leak problems.
Keeping them clean is the most important part..

Your leak line is fine. It looks ragged because of the scale. Highest it went to was 38 L/min and that is well under the 85 to 90L/Min where Large Leaks seems to occur. We aren't given a specific number for Large Leak but it seems to be between 80 and 90L/Min from what I have seen on my reports (80 won't be flagged as Large Leak and 90 L/min will be flagged as Large Leak). Even if you did have a brief spike to Large Leak territory as long as it wasn't prolonged time spent there, it is not the end of the world.
I get several months of use with my nasal pillows. Your insurance is very generous with allowing 3 per month.
Medicare allows 2 per month. Many private insurance will follow Medicare replacement schedules. Other insurance will allow 1 per month and some only allow 1 per 6 months.
Some people only manage to get a couple of weeks out of the pillows but some people, like me, get multiple months of use. I wash them about once a week and rotate 3 of them when I wash. So I remove and wash one, then I let it dry and at the same time I put a clean dry used pillow back on. It works for me.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.
