Respironics REMstar Auto with C-Flex and heated humidifier (click here)
Enjoy.
(Waverly's choice is a good one too.)
I just like the extra comfort of C-Flex dropping the pressure every time I exhale, while I still get the advantage of an autopap varying the pressure throughout the night, according to what I need.
I'm not a doctor, but I'd try an autopap at 7 or 8 as the low pressure and 15 or 16 as the high, given your set pressure of 12.4.
Enjoy.
